FBK use high-quality, ceramic/non-metallic friction materials to create braking products with unparalleled performance. Our in-house Formulation Experts have engineered a total of 14 superior formulations for different markets with different needs. Each formulation is stringently tested at our in-house braking test centre viaDynamometer with Link Data Management to simulate and generate reports of its braking performance on different road conditions. The end product then goes through a final-step refinement before it goes on to be mass-produced.

FBK conduct Chase Testing, Shear Testing, Hardness Testing and Compressibility Testing to ensure that products stay true to FBK's uncompromising standard. Investing in high-end technology, our latest Auto Finishing Line machine is a top-of-the-line all-in-one system capable of handling high volume orders across multiple processes concurrently and efficiently. With a solid Quality Management System in place, we have been awarded ISO 9001 : 2000 certification for keeping up with industry’s best practice consistently throughout our manufacturing processes.
